RUE "Institute of Real Estate and Appraisal" announces about a repeated open auction for the sale of apartments and garage boxes at the sea in the city Sochi, owned by the Republic of Belarus and owned by the State Institution "Sanatorium" Belarus"

The auction will take place on December 30, 2017 at 10:00 Moscow time at the address: Russian Federation, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, st. Polytechnic, 62, congress hall of the main building.

2. A participant wishing to participate in an auction in respect of several lots shall deposit a deposit in the amount established for each of the lots.

3. The deposit paid by the participant of the auction, which became the Winner (Bidder), will be credited against the final cost of the Object (Objects). The Organizer of the auction shall return the deposit paid by the auction participants who did not become the Auction Winner to a non-cash payment to their accounts within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the auction (the date fixed for the auction if the auction is declared invalid) participation in the auction.
