A team of specialists from the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus and the National Cadastre Agency (Republic of Belarus) will get acquainted with the work of the Swedish agency for cartography, cadastre and registration of real estate rights Lantmäteriet

The visit was organized within the framework of the Swedish-Belarusian project "Improvement of the land management and urban development in the Republic of Belarus using modern methods and technologies" between the NGO "Land Reform", Belarus and Lantmäteriet and will last until June 17, 2017.

The trip is financed by the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) and is of an educational nature with the following objectives:

To give an idea of the management of land resources in Sweden;

Share experience in the field of land management and land management;

To provide methodology and technology for the collection and registration of information on real estate, the standard practice of Sweden;

Demonstrate modern technologies for the central management of real estate property registers to provide data to others, for example, for the purpose of real estate valuation and taxation.

It is expected that a study visit to the Swedish agency for cartography, cadastre and registration of rights to real estate will contribute to further improvement of the cadastral valuation system in the Republic of Belarus. The acquired knowledge, adapted Swedish experience in the field of information technology, methodological approaches in the field of mass valuation of real estate and land management is planned to be used in improving the methodology of cadastral valuation of land and land; Development of a methodology for mass formation and valuation of real estate; In practical activities, in cadastral valuation, land; In the development of automation of work on the accounting and processing of spatial data.
