Belarusian and Lithuanian specialists on state registration and land cadastre in Brest will exchange experience in applying information and services for the management of territories
Representatives of the Center of Registers of the Republic of Lithuania visit RUE "Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre" of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The delegation from Lithuania is headed by the general director of the Center of Registers of the Republic of Lithuania, Keystutis Sabaliauskas. The visit will last from May 10 to May 12, 2017. 
During the meetings of representatives of the Register Center of Lithuania, the National Cadastre Agency, the Training Center of the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus and the RUE "Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre", which will be held in the format of a "round table", issues of application of new information management technologies Territories and the implementation of administrative procedures.
Representatives of the Brest and Pinsk city executive committees, Brest, Kobrin, Berezovsky, Pinsk, and Pruzhany district executive committees were also invited to participate in the discussion on possible applications of information and services of state registration organizations for the management of territories and provision of public services. 
Belarusian and Lithuanian specialists in state registration and land cadastre will share their experience in using materials and data of the system of organizations for state registration of real estate for the management of territories by local authorities. In particular, the National Cadastre Agency will present a multilevel distributed regional geoinformation system developed by it for solving problems of monitoring the state of territories and objects, phenomena and processes based on complex remote sensing data. In addition, the topic of the necessary areas of work to improve the skills of local authorities for the introduction of new technologies for the management of the territories and the implementation of administrative procedures will be discussed.
The parties will also exchange experience in the management of regional divisions of organizations on state registration of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania and will discuss areas of cooperation in the field of professional development.The guests have already got acquainted with the work of the central unit of RUE "Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre", with the way clients are being accepted, the work of the archive and other areas of activity. On May 12, 2017 representatives of the Center of Registers of the Republic of Lithuania will visit the Kamenets office of the Pruzhany branch of RUE "Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre".
