Belarusian specialists to study Serbian experience in creation of information technologies and methodological approaches in the field of mass valuation of real estate

Representatives of the National Cadastre Agency of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the State Enterprise Republican Administration for Geodesy of the Republic of Serbia will discuss within the framework of the round table on the topic: "Practical use of information on transactions, what to do when there is a lack of information, where to receive it and how Processing "issues of registration and use of information on transactions of sale, lease, etc.

The visit to Belgrade began today and will last till March 23, 2017.

Information on real transactions in many countries is the most important source of market information, on the basis of which various managerial decisions are made. Also, this information is the main source for conducting cadastral valuation.

In the period from 2012 to 2016, Serbia successfully implemented a project to modernize the transaction accounting system, which, inter alia, made it possible to integrate the register of prices and information contained in it into other resources of both the public and private sectors.

Visit of experts of the Republican Administration of Geodesy to Serbia for the purpose of international exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of mass valuation of real estate for the implementation of projects on cadastral valuation of land, land plots of the Republic of Belarus and cadastral (mass) valuation of real estate, study of experience in accounting and processing Information on registered transactions, as well as further strengthening of partnerships and cooperation between Belarusian and Serbian enterprises, to orye continue for several years.

The agreement on the current visit was reached in December 2016 in Minsk, during the participation of representatives of the State Enterprise "Republican Administration of Geodesy of the Republic of Serbia" in the International Conference on Mass Formation and Mass Appraisal of Real Estate.

Representatives of the National Cadastre Agency will present in the capital of Serbia the results of the pilot project on mass formation and cadastral valuation of real estate, which was held in Kobrinsky district of the Brest region and Sovetsky district of Minsk, and also tell about their own technologies and practices developed in the work with information on transactions.

NKA experts will acquaint Serbian colleagues with general information on the land cadastre of Belarus, on what work is carried out in Belarus to improve the methodology of cadastral valuation of land and land, develop a methodology for mass formation and valuation of real estate, development of automation of work on accounting and processing of information on registered.
