Russians own more than 32 thousand capital buildings, the total area of which is more than 2 million 337 thousand square meters. Total capital structures located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus are owned by citizens of more than 83 countries, and the total area of these properties exceeds 3 million 194 thousand square meters. 
A dozen countries whose citizens own capital buildings on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (by the number of capital structures and their total area) are as follows: Russian Federation 32 097 - 2 358 462 m²; Republic of Ukraine 3,500 - 214,877 m²; The Republic of Lithuania 2773 - 195 605 m²; The Republic of Latvia 743 - 50 239 m²; Republic of Kazakhstan 742 - 68 127 m²; Republic of Moldova 357 - 23 286 m²; Republic of Uzbekistan 314 - 18 602 m²; Republic of Azerbaijan 308 - 34 874 m²; State of Israel 301 - 34 925 m²; The Republic of Georgia is 267 - 16,353 m². By designation, the largest number of capital buildings belongs to the category of "residential": it is more than 34 thousand real estate objects, the total area of which is more than 2 million 399 thousand square meters.
