The trade delegation of the Republic of Cuba is visited today by the State Trade and Production Association "Belresursy", which is part of the State Property Committee

The Cuban delegation is in Belarus on a working visit. During the meeting in the managing company of the holding "Belresursy" the parties will discuss the implementation of agreements within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement on mutual deliveries between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Cuba, which is executed by the "Belresursy".

In particular, during the visit to the Belresursy holding company, it is planned to sum up the work for 2016 on the supply of medicines to the Republic of Belarus, as well as agricultural, automotive equipment and spare parts for it in the Republic of Cuba.Also, in order to further develop and deepen trade and economic relations, the meeting will discuss issues of mutual deliveries of products in 2017.

The meeting is held with the participation of Sergey Gurko, the first deputy general director of the managing company Belresursy.The delegation of Cuba is headed by the head of the Economy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, Jamila Fernandez Busto. Her delegation also includes Gerardo Suarez Alvarez, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Belarus, Jorge Valdez Hernandez, Deputy Director General of the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Pedro Regalado Pimentel, representative of the Group of Companies (Holding) for Foreign Trade, Ursula Dominguez Valdivia, representative of TRANSIMPORT.
