Investor attention: lists of properties of above norm unaccomplished construction to involvement in economic circulation have been updated

The lists of properties of above norm unaccomplished construction to involvement in economic circulation through alienation for the implementation of investment projects have been updated in accordance with the approved regional measures of the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee on 1 July 2020.

71 objects of properties of above norm unaccomplished construction are proposed for alienation (for sale or gratuitous transfer with conditions):

• 21 objects –Brest region;
• 10 objects – Grodno region;
• 10 objects – Minsk city; 
• 23 objects – Minsk region;
• 7 objects – Mogilev region.

Unfinished construction industrial (factories, warehouses, boiler rooms, vegetable stores, etc.), administrative and social facilities (shops, canteens, health centers, hotels, residential buildings, etc.) are offered for alienation.

These lists are a list of objects intended for sale (gratuitous transfer with conditions) to potential investors in order to complete their construction and use in economic circulation.
