State Property Committee organizes legal monitoring
The State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus organizes legal monitoring of the Resolution of the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 17 dated 23 April 2004 «On approval of the Instructions on the procedure for filling out and signing applications for state registration» from 1 September to 30 October 2020.
Legal monitoring of this resolution is aimed at analyzing the practice of its application, the effectiveness of its legal regulation of public relations.
