From May 30 to June 2, 2017, the National Cadastre Agency of the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus will hold working meetings with the expert in valuation and real estate from Sweden Hans Söderblum (National Administration of Sweden for Cartography, Cadastre and Land Registration of Lantmäteriet)
This is not the first visit of a Swedish specialist to Belarus. The expert from the National Cadastre Agency (NCA) is associated with long-standing cooperation: with his participation, comprehensive methodological advisory assistance was provided in the development and improvement of the assessment system in Belarus.
During the current meetings in the NCA, Hans Soderblum will make a presentation on the importance of geoinformation systems in mass and individual assessments, tell what market data is being used to assess in his country, what data in Sweden are considered market-based, how to cope with their shortcomings.
Also, Swedish experience in transaction verification, team building (staff, areas of responsibility, staff distribution, training and staff search, preparation of appraisers at the stage of education) and new approaches to evaluation in Sweden will be presented.
